Our team designed the site plan for the proposed development of The Learning Experience early learning center and daycare. This design comprised detailed grading of the proposed site. It included the installation of two retaining walls, as well as utility extension, layout, and connection to the proposed site. In addition, we developed the proposed storm-water facilities necessary for the site and refined a storm-water management report. It summarized how the proposed site affects the storm-water detention for the entire development to ensure compliance with existing infrastructure. In extension, our team was responsible for coordinating with utility companies and obtaining all necessary site and utility permits for the proposed site.
