Our team has provided engineered site plans for numerous future Starbucks coffee shops across the US, updating the locations with all new curbs, new sidewalks, signs, accessible parking spaces, and driveways for their internal developments. Detailed grading plans showed the required finished contours, spot elevations, and storm drainage structures. The storm drainage plans showed the proposed storm drainage connecting to existing storm drain inlets or the design for onsite stormwater quality treatment and detention. The site utility plans indicated the location of the proposed water service, sewer lines, telephone service, and electric service to the future buildings. In addition, we designed a sediment erosion control plan and erosion control details included in the design packages.
