Our team provided site development and stormwater quality control for the 11.1-acre site for a future Dierbergs Market with attached retail space and several outparcels¹ in Lake Saint Louis, MO. One outparcel included the engineering from multiple bio-retention basins to provide water quality for runoff from the site.

During this project, site grading included the main parking lot with several outparcels and water distribution. In addition to site grading, we provided Sanitary Collection drawings per the design and construction standards of Public Water Supply District #2 and St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District.
