The project includes the development of a 2.61-acre site for commercial use with ground-up construction of a coffee shop and an auto parts store. The project includes site grading, sanitary septic system design, stormwater network, water quality treatment, and stormwater detention design as well as permitting through a conservation commission, planning and zoning commission, and town council.
