Our team designed and developed civil construction plans for the proposed office building. The proposed layout included the site development, stormwater detention, and water quality control of stormwater necessary to obtain permits with the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) and the Monarch Levee District. It included the engineering plans of a bio-retention basin to provide stormwater detention and water quality for runoff from the site. The plans also included detailed grading, utility plans, and driveway entrance and parking pavement design based on requirements from the St. Louis County Transportation Department and information from a geotechnical report. In addition, our team was also responsible for obtaining all necessary site and utility permits for the proposed site.
