CASCO Civil would like to extend our congratulations to Civil Engineer Edward Sutphen for becoming a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Missouri!

Edward graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a degree in Civil Engineering before joining CASCO Civil in October of 2018. During his time with CASCO Civil, he has gained experience in commercial site development, hydraulic design, and site grading. He has also taken on the role of training some of our new hires and interns. Edward says that his favorite projects are the ones that include water resources, detention routing, or water quality design. He also enjoys training department interns and new hires on all things civil engineering.

“I feel so happy to finally hold the title of Professional Engineer! I look forward to the increase in responsibility, ownership over my work, and the continued education to become a better and better engineer.” Edward tells us.

Outside of work Edward enjoys spending time backpacking, spending time with friends and family, and even learning new things by attempting projects he’s unfamiliar with.
