Civil Engineering Department Manager

Aubrey Armstrong is the Civil Engineering Department Manager and an integral part of the Project Management team for CASCO Civil. After earning her BSCE from the University of Wyoming, she has gained over 15 years of experience in roadway, water, sanitary sewer, stormwater management, and grading design for commercial, residential, and municipal projects across the country. Aubrey is involved with all aspects of our projects spanning from project management, design, plan, and specification production to inspection and oversite of civil site work. Having experience in business development, Aubrey Armstrong has worked with a diverse collection of clients including large industrial projects, traditional power plants, solar power plants, and pellet production plants around the world.
